To increase the volume on your AirPods, you can use the volume buttons on your device that you have paired your AirPods with. Alternatively, you can also use Siri to adjust the volume by saying "Hey Siri, increase/decrease the volume".
If you are using an iPhone or iPad, you can also increase the volume by going to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > and adjusting the slider under "Ringer and Alerts" or "Volume" depending on your iOS version.
If you are using a Mac, you can increase the volume by clicking on the volume icon in the menu bar and adjusting the slider.
Additionally, you can adjust the volume of individual apps on your device by going to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > and scrolling down to "Ringers and Alerts" or "In-App Sound". From there, you can adjust the volume for each individual app.
